Apex Gaming PCs has made the difficult decision to discontinue the Apex Access program.

Apex Access was created to provide our community with the ability to gain access to PC hardware that was otherwise unattainable through standard financing. However, for a program like this to remain sustainable, it requires consistent payment fulfillment across our customer base. Recently, default rates reached 25%, meaning only 75% of participating accounts were paid in full.

Because we absorb all program costs without charging interest or markups, maintaining the program under these conditions is no longer financially viable.

What this means for you:

Current Active Plans: If you have an existing, active balance with Apex Access, your terms remain unchanged. Please continue making your payments as scheduled until your balance is fulfilled.

New Purchases: As of 08/07/2026, Apex Access will no longer be available as a payment option at checkout. For our customers who were mid applicaiton, we are offering all PCs on our website 30% off by contacting our Support Team. All Apex Access purchases, down payments, etc will be refunded in full. 

We are deeply saddened to sunset this program, as we know how much value it provided to our community. We are actively exploring alternative payment options to help keep our offerings accessible, and we will share updates as new options become available.
